How Eureka / IBC v2 works

IBC v2 (Eureka) connects Ethereum to the Cosmos interchain without a trusted multisig bridge. An ICS26 router contract on Ethereum emits SendPacket and WriteAcknowledgement events carrying ABI-encoded ICS-20 payloads. IBCFlow decodes each payload, resolves the ERC-20 token, and values it via live price snapshots. SendPacket is an outbound transfer to Cosmos; WriteAcknowledgement is an inbound transfer settling on Ethereum.
